Schedule
- Current Salary Range: between $16.00-$21.00/hourly pay (based on education level)
- Hours of work each day: 8 hour work shift
- Same set daily work shift each day, for consistency and planning
- Annual pay raises (actually 2 pay raises in the first year)
- Paid lunch breaks
- Occasional employer-provided lunches
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child-related degree) is preferred
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child-related degree)
- Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching credential
- Currently enrolled in a CDA or degreed program
- Knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles
Skills
- Ability to communicate with parents daily
- Ability to observe children's interests and develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum
- Ability to engage with other child care professionals and continue to grow in your profession
Pay
- Current Salary Range: between $16.00-$21.00/hourly pay (based on education level)
- Hours of work each day: 8 hour work shift
- Same set daily work shift each day, for consistency and planning
