About the role

Responsibilities
- Support infants in their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Assess infants' developmental progress and communicate with parents about their child's development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of infants at all times.
Requirements
- At least 12 core ECE units and an infant class, preferably an AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
- At least 1 year of paid experience in a center environment.
- Ability to clear Livescan and have a current TB clearance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of infant development and appropriate teaching strategies.
- Experience with infant care and safety protocols.
