About the role
The Goddard School of Cumming is seeking an experienced Lead Infant Teacher who is passionate about providing loving, responsive care during a child's most important first year of life. You'll work alongside a co-lead teacher to create a classroom where infants are encouraged to explore, grow, and reach developmental milestones through responsive care and meaningful interactions.

What You'll Bring
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to caring for young children
- A passion for supporting infant development through responsive caregiving and engaging interactions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CDA, TCC, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, or willingness to enroll in a required credentialing program
