Lead In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide

About the role

Tudor Oaks Home Care is hiring a Lead Caregiver to provide in-home support and lead caregiver training, scheduling, and client service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and in-home support to clients
• Aid clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Maintain clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life in their homes
• Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including assisting with new staff onboarding and ongoing training
• Collaborate with the office team to coordinate and assist with caregiver scheduling
• Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training
• Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment
• Travel to serve clients within the Waukesha, Lake Country, and Eagle/Mukwonago areas

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience required
• Leadership, mentoring, or training experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Reliable transportation required
• Available for a flexible schedule, including on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays
