About the role

The Global Technology team at Prudential takes pride in fostering a culture where digital transformation is integral to our operations. As the Workforce IAM Onboarding Lead within IAM Enablement, you will lead the integration of business applications into workforce identity controls, ensuring seamless onboarding into Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Responsibilities

  • Lead application onboarding into workforce IGA and PAM controls.
  • Manage the intake process, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as the primary business-facing partner for application teams, translating IAM requirements into clear onboarding actions and deliverables.
  • Drive onboarding readiness activities, including entitlement and role discovery, schema/attribute mapping, and data alignment.
  • Coordinate across technology, applications, and operations teams using tools like SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and HashiCorp.
  • Maintain onboarding artifacts such as tracking dashboards, evidence documentation, control validation checklists, and release communications.
  • Identify onboarding friction and continuously improve processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to onboarding associates and escalate risks/issues with clear options and recommendations.
  • Partner with senior IAM leaders to align onboarding throughput with roadmap priorities and compliance expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business concepts and information security tools/processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new skills/knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business decisions and technical improvements/limitations.

Skills & Expertise

  • Advanced experience with several identity governance and administration tools.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring and remediation.
  • Knowledge of NIST and ISO 27000 standards.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA.
