Lead HVAC Technician

About the role

The Lead HVAC Technician is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and software
• Experience with safety protocols and certifications
