About the role

Heating + Air Paramedics North Dallas is building a team committed to caring for people—our customers, our teammates, and the community we serve. We believe a successful business starts with skilled work, honest communication, and following through on our promises. As we prepare to launch, we are looking for an experienced HVAC professional who wants to help build something they can take pride in. Your experience, ideas, and daily work will help shape our service standards, develop our team, and earn our customers’ trust.

The Lead HVAC Technician is a hands-on field role responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems. You will run service calls, troubleshoot equipment, complete repairs, and deliver quality work while helping a technician helper develop safe and effective work habits. You will lead by example through your technical skills, customer care, accountability, and willingness to support others. Working closely with the owner and our Technical Compliance Manager, you will help establish the practices and team culture that support a successful, growing business.

At Heating + Air Paramedics, we're guided by our commitment to providing customers with thoughtful and knowledgeable guidance and service. We go into a home to help, not sell. Our customers can trust that they're getting the utmost expert workmanship, and it is our belief that a customer doesn't care how much you know until they know how much you care. In continuing to build our team, we're looking for professionals who value respect, take pride in their work, and always do the right thing. With training, licensing, and certification opportunities, you'll find yourself advancing fast with Heating + Air Paramedics. Whether you're interested in communications and sales or being in the field and providing expert guidance and solutions to our customers, there is a place for you on our team.
