Lead HVAC Technician
Job Summary
The Chief Lead, HVAC II is responsible for installing, inspecting, operating, and repairing refrigeration equipment for preserving food, making ice, cooling water, and air conditioning the buildings. This position supervises HVAC II mechanics with responsibilities including but not limited to evaluating, disciplining, and hiring/terminating employees or recommending these to superiors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Vocational/Technical Diploma
- 2 Year Program in HVAC preferred
- 5 years or more relevant experience
- Ability to speak and understand basic English

About the Role
HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is located in west Miami-Dade County. Our acute care facility has 417-beds. Our services include trauma, burn, surgical, women’s and children’s services, behavioral health and diagnostic services. We have two full service free-standing ER facilities.
