The Money
$40/hr GUARANTEED. Floor, not a ceiling$1,600/week minimum — even on a slow week
Full System Install: $900
Attic Air Handler: $1,200
Half System: $450
Mini Splits: $400-$1,200 (1 to 5 heads)
Sales bonuses on top — comfort controls, zone systems, humidifiers, and more
$25-$50 per membership sold
Meetings/training? Still paid
Requirements
- 1+ year HVAC install experience (residential a plus)
- Valid driver's license
- Good attitude, strong work ethic
- Willing to learn
- Pass a background check + work simulation
- 18+, live within 60 miles of Burnsville
