Responsibilities
- Maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas clean according to housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Ensure all areas are free from dirt, dust, and debris.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other team members to provide a positive experience.
- Work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to adhere to established guidelines and procedures.
- Adapt to different personalities and situations in a positive manner.
- Work weekends (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs) as required.
Requirements
- A pleasant and courteous demeanor when interacting with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management.
- Experience in cleaning services within the hospitality, healthcare, or similar industries.
- Experience working with senior populations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle demanding customers.
- Reliability, care, and positivity in actions and demeanor.
- An ability to maintain respect for the elderly and remain calm under pressure.
