Job Summary
The Guest Service Coordinator (Lead Host) is the lead person in charge of delegating responsibilities to the other hosts for the shift. This position will run the reservation board and is anchored at the host stand for the duration of the shift. They are the main point of contact for all other hosts.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant a plus.
- Experience working in a leadership type role; strong motivator.
- Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests.
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and Guests.
- Able to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Excelling in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members.
- The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
- Must be eligible to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
