What You'll Do
- Perform residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Complete work involving drywall, painting, flooring, trim, doors, minor plumbing, and minor electrical
- Diagnose issues and develop practical solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the TruBlue brand professionally
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist in building a reputation for excellence throughout the community
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of paid handyman, remodeling, maintenance, or home repair experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple types of projects
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable working in occupied homes, including homes of seniors and vulnerable adults
- Must provide and maintain personal hand tools
