Responsibilities

• Power wash heavy industrial equipment, ensuring thorough cleaning and inspection standards are met
• Operate and maintain industrial pressure washing systems (Kärcher, Hotsy, or similar)
• Lead and support a small team of cleaning technicians on daily assignments
• Diagnose and perform basic small engine repairs and preventative maintenance on pressure washing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in the field and ensure minimal downtime
• Load, transport, and operate equipment using a 1-ton truck with enclosed trailer
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times
• Maintain job records including equipment cleaned, work performed, and supplies used
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of pressure washing / power washing experience (required)
• Hands-on experience cleaning heavy equipment or industrial machinery (required or strongly preferred)
• Basic to intermediate small engine repair experience (required or strongly preferred)
• Experience operating industrial pressure washers (Kärcher, Hotsy, or similar) (required)
• Ability to lead or guide a small crew in the field (preferred)
• Experience driving a 1-ton truck with enclosed trailer (preferred)
• Familiarity with trailer brake systems (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills (required)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed (required)
• Valid driver’s license required (required)

Pay

$28 – 32/hr

Schedule

Wednesday – Friday 7am to 3:30pm, Saturday – Sunday 5am – 1pm. Hours may change due to need.
