About the role
Responsible for overseeing heavy civil construction projects, including surveying and mapping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee surveying and mapping activities for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local and state building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurements and data collection
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of survey results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying, civil engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction surveying
- Knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Proficient in GPS and GIS software
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Excellent attention to detail

Pay
$70,000 - $85,000 annually
