Job Summary

Teach engaging classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure members feel like family. Oversee the breadth of programs to maintain the high standards of The Little Gym International and support the training and evaluation of fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classes based on The Little Gym curriculum (training provided).
• Provide exceptional customer service and membership experiences.
• Maintain program quality and safety standards across all offerings.
• Train, coach, and evaluate other team members.
• Foster a fun, high‑energy environment while balancing work responsibilities.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working with children and a love of kids.
• High energy, a positive attitude, and willingness to be “goofy.”
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal skills – children and parents alike should enjoy your company.
• Ability to serve others and contribute to a team‑oriented atmosphere.
