Lead Groundskeeper
About the role
Be involved in all aspects of standard golf course and outdoor grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, gardening, general beautification of grounds
Repair fences, gates, walls, and walks using masonry or other tools as required.
Maintain all areas around hotel, lodge, cabins, and RV park
Regularly use power equipment such as a variety of mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc
May be asked to assist with trash removal and hauling
Fill propane tanks for RV park guests
Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

Requirements
- Golf Course/Lodge Grounds experience preferred but not required
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
- Experience with power and hand tools, mowers, chainsaws, etc preferred
- You’ll need a valid US driver’s license
- Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
- Organized with a great eye for detail
- Kind to others and always bring your best
- A good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
