About the role

Guide the oncology service line strategy, establish clinical standards, and develop workforce solutions across multiple sites. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrators to design and implement evidence-based genitourinary (GU) oncology programs that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
