You'll connect with customers, build relationships with store teams, and generate qualified leads that help families find solutions for cleaner water and healthier homes. What You'll Do Represent Superior Water & Air in assigned retail locationsEngage customers and spark meaningful conversationsBuild strong relationships with store associates and managersEducate shoppers about our products and servicesGenerate and submit qualified customer leadsMaintain professional displays and brand presenceHelp drive territory and team goals What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and people-focusedComfortable approaching and talking with customersSelf-motivated and dependableStrong communication skillsSales, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plusValid driver's license and ability to travel between store locations Requirements 0–2 years of experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or retailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable approaching and engaging with customersSelf-motivated and reliable with limited direct supervisionValid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between store locationsBackground check and drug screening required One Team.
