Lead Generator
Position Mission
To engage with retail customers in-store, educate them about Superior’s services, and generate high-quality leads for our sales and service teams—all while representing the brand with professionalism and energy.
Overview
Superior Water and Air is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lead Generator to work full-time inside one of our partnered big box retail stores. In this role, you’ll be stationed at our branded display to greet shoppers, explain our service offerings, and qualify interested homeowners for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet retail shoppers and proactively start friendly conversations
- Educate customers about our home plumbing
- Qualify potential leads by asking guided questions and assessing needs
- Capture accurate customer information for follow-up by our sales team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional in-store booth/display
- Track daily performance metrics and lead activity
- Represent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and consistency
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (retail, sales, events, etc.)
- Energetic, friendly, and self-motivated personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a retail setting
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned store
- Background check and drug screening required
