Lead Generator

About the role

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Lead Generator to join the Johnson City program team. This position is a salaried role with a competitive bonus plan for outstanding performers. The Lead Generator will market and generate interest for Utility Sponsored Rebate Programs that enable municipalities, small businesses, and non-profits to reduce energy spending and upgrade to modern, energy-efficient equipment.

Responsibilities

• Market and generate interest for Utility Sponsored Rebate Programs
• Inform customers of program opportunities and generate leads for the program team
• Explain the benefits of the program to customers at an expert level
• Recognize energy efficiency opportunities on sites
• Schedule energy audits and coordinate with Energy Conservation Reps
• Secure necessary documents and information from customers
• Update and maintain all required systems
• Act professionally and ethically at all times
• Include periodic travel to Knoxville, TN

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel and canvass potential customer areas
• Ability to multitask while staying organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive customer service skills
• Proficiency with technology and electronics strongly preferred
• Self-motivated and driven
• Experience in lighting and electrical a plus

Pay
