What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners inside Home Depot and turn conversations into qualified leads
- Build relationships with Home Depot associates to generate referrals
- Set up and manage in-store marketing events
- Represent Better Bath at home shows and local events
- Track performance and consistently push to exceed goals
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Sales-minded with the ability to guide conversations toward action
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Competitive and goal-driven mindset
- Weekend availability (peak earning times)
