Responsibilities
- Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency.
- Schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.
Qualifications
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers.
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus.
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift.
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store.
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required).
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
