Job Summary

The Retail Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. The role is responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
  • Work independently while keeping the manager informed of activities and results.
  • Meet predetermined performance goals.
  • Generate high‑quality leads for the company’s industry‑leading products.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
  • Attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Smartphone required.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product.
  • High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time.
  • Ability to utilize the company’s proven system to generate leads for the #1 rated product.

Compensation

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission. Commission opportunities allow motivated marketers to earn $25 or more per hour, with compensation increasing based on performance. Pay is issued weekly (every Friday).

Schedule

This is a part‑time position with variable hours and days. Weekend availability is required, and shifts are scheduled at a variety of retail stores.
