Full-Stack Software Engineer

Experience: 5 - 8 years of full stack engineering experience (senior+ level)

Location: San Francisco | Onsite (5 days a week)

Compensation: $150K - $250K + Equity

An AI-first recruiting platform building a real-time AI interviewer that helps companies dramatically improve hiring signal and speed.

The platform conducts live, adaptive interviews over video and phone calls, asking personalized follow-ups in real time and helping employers evaluate candidates more accurately at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for the real-time AI interviewer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to build a high-quality product
• Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
• Contribute to the development of backend services and infrastructure
• Work closely with the team to ensure the system meets the needs of the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, and/or Go
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools

Qualifications

• Passionate about building scalable and performant software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies

Skills

• Experience with machine learning and natural language processing
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
