Lead Full Stack Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead the rollout and adoption of GenAI developer tools across engineering teams, with a strong focus on improving how modern software is built, integrated, and delivered. The position will partner closely with developers and technical stakeholders to embed AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise workflows, CI/CD processes, and platform operations. It is an opportunity to shape developer experience, drive adoption, and strengthen governance, security, and scalability across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,300 – $177,800 annually Responsibilities Lead the rollout and adoption of GenAI developer tools across engineering teams Build and integrate GenAI solutions into CI/CD pipelines and enterprise platforms Train developers and establish best practices for GenAI usage Monitor performance and improve adoption workflows for GenAI solutions Troubleshoot and scale GenAI solutions while ensuring governance and security Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 8+ years of senior development experience on large IT projects 2+ years of project leadership experience Strong skills in Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, and Python Experience with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems Hands-on experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (OCP/GCP) Experience with SDLC and GenAI tool integration Strong communication skills in developer training and enterprise adoption Understanding of enterprise security and compliance Expertise in Devin, Claude/Anthropic, Cursor, and AI coding tools Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Architecture, and MCP Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Paid parental and caregiver leave Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance Focus on personal wellness and smart healthcare decisions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
