Lead Full Stack Engineer, AI Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and design of business-critical platforms and AI applications
• Serve as a senior technical leader in software development stages including APIs and user experience
• Translate business problems into scalable, production-ready solutions through collaboration
• Drive workflow mapping to identify automation opportunities and define success metrics
• Prototype cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions with a focus on architecture and operational models
• Build and deploy production-grade applications, APIs, and AI/ML pipelines
• Mentor and coach a small team of engineers, promoting technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with senior-level software engineering on large-scale initiatives
• 2+ years of project or technical leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead significant design and development efforts with minimal supervision
• Tech lead-level proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks like TypeScript, Node.js, and Java
• Strong full stack engineering experience across front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence development operations
