Lead Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

As an associate, you will work within one of several teams:

• Receiving: Accept new inventory, manage the process of putting away and accepting inventory into our system, and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately, ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently.
• Packing: Ensure the quality of each shipment, pack items correctly, and work with the picking team to guarantee perfect fulfillment.

Other duties as required:

• Assist in other areas outside your normal responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed safely, maintaining quality and legality.
• Follow standard operating procedures, report concerns about product condition or integrity, and support traceability through accurate record-keeping.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

Requirements

• Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and/or weekends, and consistently arrive on time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Willingness to assist in other departments as needed.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Must be 18 or older.

Previous warehouse experience is not required. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply if their experience aligns closely with the role.

Pay

$22.00 per hour. The rate is dependent on shift and may change due to business need.

Schedule

We are hiring for multiple shifts:

• Front Half Days: Monday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Weekend Wrap: Friday - Monday, 4:15 PM - 3:00 AM.
