About the Role

The Amazon operations team is seeking Lead Fulfillment Associates to support operations leaders and associates in fulfilling orders efficiently within fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates perform various tasks such as picking, packing, receiving, storing, ensuring inventory accuracy, and handling deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Communicate instructions to other associates and motivate them
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure safety in work areas
• Manage production duties including picking/packing orders, receiving/stowing product, and unloading/loading trucks
• Work collaboratively with other employees, supervisors, and staff to achieve operational goals

Requirements

• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently
• Able to work in a variety of shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
