Lead Fulfillment Associate

About the role

The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks.
• Communicate instructions to other associates, motivate them and keep their work areas safe.
• Hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including, but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant, and Shipping Clerk.

Requirements

• Must be located at a site outside of 50 miles from the launch site.
• Not received another launch bonus within the current calendar year.
• Hired within 30 days of first receive (FR).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• A completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others preferred.
• 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail) preferred.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills preferred.

Pay

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
