Lead Fulfillment Associate

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Are 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• A completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others
• 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail)
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members

Responsibilities

The Lead Fulfillment Associates will perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. They will also communicate instructions to other associates, motivate them, and keep their work areas safe.

Qualifications

The Lead Fulfillment Associates will hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center, including but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant, and Shipping Clerk. Each role type will include performing production duties as needed and communicating instructions to other associates.

Skills

The Lead Fulfillment Associates will require a strong ability to communicate instructions, motivate associates, and ensure safety in the work environment.

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
