Lead Frontend Engineer
Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of major frontend features across multiple platforms, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with engineering standards.
Drive frontend strategy and architectural decisions across Angular and React ecosystems while promoting modern development practices and technology adoption.
Partner closely with UX/UI designers to transform high-fidelity designs into accessible, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces while providing technical guidance on feasibility and user experience improvements.
Mentor and support frontend engineers through code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and best practice development.
Architect and build scalable applications using modern versions of Angular, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Design and implement effective state management solutions using technologies such as NgRx, Redux, or MobX.
Develop and maintain Micro-Frontend architectures supporting complex applications and multiple technology frameworks.
Collaborate with backend engineering teams to design, integrate, and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Establish and maintain high-quality testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, while supporting strong code coverage standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes, development workflows, and application performance.
