About the role

The Lead Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities across various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into the organization's operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of engineers
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of data management and analytics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for using technology to drive innovation and improve organizational processes

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
