The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire a Lead Forklift Operator.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and material handling
- Lead and supervise a team of (6 forklift drivers, 3 inventory specialists, 2 clerks)
- Manage high-volume logistics, coordinating
- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments against Bills of Lading for accuracy
- Ensure correct materials, quantities, and documentation before release or storage
- Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and equipment use
- Maintain organized inventory and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Cookier with logistics and management teams to meet deadlines and shipment schedules
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory records
Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- Able to work either day or night shift
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant warehouse setting
- Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts (certificate required) and hand trucks
