Lead Food Service Worker

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our Education team in Doral, Florida. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Training new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for

• Must-haves:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one year’s experience in a foodservice role.
• Nice-to-haves:
• At least one year’s experience in a supervisory role.
