Pay

Wage Rate: $23.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist team members in the preparation of quality foods according to the planned menu, recipes, and work instructions promptly.
• Clean as you go and maintain a neat and food safe workstation, including pulling trash, sweeping, and mopping.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes.
• Abide by all food safety regulations about sanitation, food handling and storage.
• Perform routine kitchen tasks, while being organized and clean.
• Physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods of time; able to stand and be on your feet for much of the scheduled shift.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Preferred: Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.
