Pay
- Hourly wage: $26.30 – $30.80 per hour (meets or exceeds local minimum wage)
- Additional compensation:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
