About the role
The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the studio, provide customer support, and lead a team of Sales Associates.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the studio daily, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for members.
- Review and discuss daily appointments and goals with the team to maintain a positive and productive environment.
- Offer coaching and support as needed, monitor team performance, and assist in problem-solving.
- Onboard and train new Sales Associates, providing guidance and support.
- Lead by example and step up when the Studio Manager is unavailable, maintaining the studio’s operations.
- Celebrate team successes at the end of each day and prepare for future success.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
- Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!
Qualifications
- A minimum prerequisite to Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM) includes a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Competitive pay structure: Base pay plus performance-based commissions with uncapped ceiling!
Schedule
Hours may vary based on studio needs, but typically include a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
