We need to output only HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEOC, navigation, etc. We need to parse the posting. Job Title: Lead First Assist (First Assist Surg Tech) - OR Job Type: Full Time | Days Schedule: Mon - Fri 8a-5p We have sections: "Your experience matters" (intro). Then "More about our team" (description). Then "How you'll contribute" (list of duties). Then "Additional Leadership Responsibilities". Then "Why join us" (benefits). Then "What we're looking for" (requirements). Then "More about Centerpoint - Georgetown" (company info). Then EEOC etc. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe intro + description). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (qualifications). Skills (maybe specific knowledge). Benefits (why join us). Pay (not mentioned). Schedule (given). So we need to include Schedule section because schedule is given: Mon - Fri 8a-5p. Pay not mentioned, so omit. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info: include details about mission, team, etc. Under About the role we can include description of Centerpoint Health, mission, team description. Responsibilities: list of duties from "How you'll contribute" and "Additional Leadership Responsibilities". Should be in
  • . Requirements: maybe education and certification requirements from "What we're looking for". Also maybe "Associate's Degree Preferred; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required". Also "First Assistant (FA) certification required". Also "Current BLS required within 7 days of hire". Also "One or more years of experience as a Surgical Scrub Technician with CSFA certification required". Also "Specific knowledge of surgical procedures required". Also "Extensive communication skills, team building skills, surgical assisting and instrumentation skills required". Also "High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Graduate of an Accredited program for Surgical Scrub Technicians." Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can separate: Qualifications could be education/experience; Skills could be specific skills. However we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But instructions: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Requirements (education, certification, experience). For Qualifications maybe we can include "Associate's Degree Preferred" etc. But that's also qualification. Might be better to have one Requirements section covering education, certification, experience, and maybe Skills section for communication, team building, etc. Qualifications could be omitted if thin. Let's see: The posting includes "What we're looking for" which lists requirements. It includes education, certification, experience, knowledge, skills. So we could put all under Requirements. Then Skills maybe not needed. But we could still have Skills if we extract specific skills: "Extensive communication skills, team building skills, surgical assisting and instrumentation skills required". That's a skill list. Could be separate Skills section. Benefits: from "Why join us": Comprehensive Benefits, Financial Protection & PTO, Financial & Career Growth, Employee Well-being, Professional Development, Free Parking. We need to list as
    • . Schedule: Mon - Fri 8a-5p. We must not include boilerplate like EEOC statement, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive info: include mission description, team description, etc. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

      Schedule

Mon - Fri 8a-5p (Full Time, Days)

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. We omitted Pay section because not present. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for any boilerplate: we removed EEOC, navigation, etc. Check for any filler like "commensurate with experience": none. Check that we preserved all substantive info: we included mission description, team description, responsibilities list, requirements, skills, benefits, schedule. Did we include info about "Your experience matters" heading? Not needed as heading; we included some of that in About the role. The phrase "Your experience matters" is a tagline but not substantive; we can drop. We included "More about Centerpoint - Georgetown" info? We included some of that in About the role (mission, team). The "More about Centerpoint - Georgetown" paragraph about Lifepoint Health network etc. Might be considered substantive. Should we include? It says: "More about Centerpoint - Georgetown Centerpoint - Georgetown is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier® with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast. From your first day to your next career milestone-your experience matters. EEOC Statement..." That's somewhat boilerplate but includes info about Lifepoint Health network. Could be considered substantive. However we already mentioned Lifepoint Health in About the role. Might be okay to omit as it's somewhat repetitive. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The Lifepoint Health network description is substantive. But we already mentioned Lifepoint Health as part of Centerpoint Health. The extra detail about diversified network, 29 states, 63 community hospital campuses, etc. That is additional info not captured elsewhere. Should we include? It's under "More about Centerpoint - Georgetown". Could be considered "About the role" or maybe a separate section like "About the organization". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could add extra info to About the role paragraph. Let's incorporate that. Add to About the role: "Centerpoint - Georgetown is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier® with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast. Lifepoint Health spans 29 states and includes 63 community hospital campuses, 32 rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals, and more than 170 additional sites of care across the healthcare continuum, such as acute rehabilitation units, outpatient centers and post-acute care facilities." We must ensure not to include EEOC statement. Let's update About the role paragraph accordingly. Now check for any other substantive info: "Formed in 2026 by the joining of four community hospitals..." we included. "Your experience matters" tagline not needed. "More about our team" we included. "How you'll contribute" we included as responsibilities. "Additional Leadership Responsibilities" we included. "Why join us" we included as benefits. "What we're looking for" we included as requirements and skills. "More about Centerpoint - Georgetown" we added to About
