Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects — run small crews, oversee installations, and ensure quality work.
- Read blueprints and coordinate with managers on project updates, findings, and issues.
- Perform installation, programming, testing, inspection, and repair of fire detection and signaling systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Document inspections accurately and follow up on any repair recommendations.
- Mentor and train junior technicians to build the next generation of talent.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Four or more years of experience in fire protection systems, with a focus on fire alarm experience.
- NICET Level II certification in Fire Alarm Systems (or the ability to obtain within 18 months).
- A strong understanding of fire protection codes and standards.
- Proven ability to lead a crew and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Knowledge of fire protection codes and standards.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling to accommodate both day and night shifts, as well as weekend coverage.
