Lead, Finance Analytics & Enablement AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights for business decisions based on finance and data analytics
• Own data warehouse strategy and governance for finance
• Build and lead a reporting Center of Excellence with metrics across finance and business units
• Develop and track Finance AI automation roadmap with FP&A and accounting
• Create data pipeline and AI model foundation
• Optimize GCP infrastructure costs with engineering and Financial Operations
• Create self-service analytics for stakeholders and establish Finance as a single source of truth
• Manage a team of engineers and finance managers

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in travel and/or SaaS
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• Engineering background preferred
• Fully fluent in SQL, Python, GCP, with hands-on coding capability
• Understanding of LLM-based systems, prompt design, and AI model evaluation
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and observability tools like Amplitude and Datadog
• Strong data reconciliation skills across large datasets
• Clear communicator with senior leadership and external partners
