Job Overview

Company: Grand Traverse Fence.

Salary/Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour.

Location: Onsite (Grand Traverse Fence Service Area) - Williamsburg, MI.

Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4-10 work schedule).

Project Scope

Residential and Commercial Fencing.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in fence installation or a related construction leadership role.
Proven ability to lead a crew while maintaining high productivity and workmanship quality.
Strong technical aptitude for site layout, spacing, and identifying grade challenges.
Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and the ability to make sound field decisions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Experience leading both residential and commercial fencing projects.
Advanced knowledge of diverse fencing materials and specialized installation methods.
High School Diploma or GED.
