Responsibilities
- Maintains adherence to scope and contractual delivery commitments.
- Monitors and reports staffing levels aligned with the project schedule.
- Supports and monitors third-party supplier contracts to align with staffing and resource needs.
- Monitors and analyzes forecast hours, project actuals, and variances.
- Identifies and addresses root causes of significant variances.
- Captures lessons learned to support continuous process improvement.
- Works closely with the customer to manage project expectations.
- Manages the creation and updates of contractual deliverables.
- Provides direction and mentoring to delivery teams and fellow team members.
- Initiates and gathers details for Work at Risk Approvals.
- Proactively manages risks and issues through coordination with the delivery team.
- Maintains the Integrated Master Schedule for updates to identify potential delays or lack of progress.
- Supports Monthly Performance Management meetings with the client.
- Maintains strong client relationships with the delivery team and VA PM.
- Serves as a project lead, assisting project team with all aspects of their roles.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a matrix management environment and influencing decisions at the management level of internal and customer organizations.
- Experience in guiding highly complex activities involved in the successful delivery of large-scale client implementations.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and product knowledge to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets customer objectives.
- Ability to apply Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations to minimize risk and exposure.
- Experience in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on large complex engagements.
- Experience in managing the scope of large-scale multi-site task orders with varying levels of complexity.
- Experience in monitoring and reporting on staffing levels in alignment with the project schedule.
- Experience in supporting and monitoring third-party supplier contracts to ensure alignment with staffing and resource needs.
- Experience in capturing lessons learned to support continuous process improvement efforts.
- Experience in managing the creation and updates of contractual deliverables.
- Experience in providing direction and mentoring to delivery teams and fellow team members.
- Experience in initiating and gathering details for Work at Risk Approvals.
