About the role
Responsible for managing facility maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to maintain optimal building operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform urgent repairs as needed.
- Inspect facilities for potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other facility managers to improve building efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Skills
