Lead Facilities Technician

About the role

Responsible for managing facility maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to maintain optimal building operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Respond to emergency situations and perform urgent repairs as needed.
• Inspect facilities for potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other facility managers to improve building efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or construction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.
