Responsibilities
- Lead project management and coordination across various departments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user interface and experience
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep everyone informed and aligned
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development or project management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Understanding of backend technologies including databases (MySQL, MongoDB), server-side scripting (Node.js, PHP)
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user research methods
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
