About the role
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a trusted advisor embedded in the deal cycle, guiding clients from discovery to sign-off to maximize the value of their AI-driven platform. Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives, you’ll craft tailored solutions that address customer pain points, drive operational impact, and deliver measurable ROI for law enforcement and commercial organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements, success metrics, and process gaps in public safety and security workflows.
- Deliver compelling in-person and virtual demonstrations, aligning platform capabilities (hardware, software, AI) with client priorities.
- Design scalable deployment strategies that integrate our platform with existing systems, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and Proof of Concept (POC) plans to drive successful implementations.
- Articulate our platform’s competitive differentiators to position its unique advantages in crime prevention and loss mitigation.
- Guide clients through final sign-off, securing buy-in by showcasing measurable outcomes, such as 30% faster investigative workflows.
- Contribute to internal playbooks and training to scale solution engineering impact across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 4+ years of sales engineering or technology sales experience.
- Proven track record leading technical discovery sessions, tailoring demos, and aligning solutions to customer objectives in high-stakes environments.
- Strong ability to connect platform capabilities (SaaS, hardware, AI, integrations) to solve specific pain points and deliver measurable value.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to deliver compelling demos and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience partnering with Account Executives to accelerate deal cycles, including drafting SOWs, POCs, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, with the ability to design scalable deployment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate complex technical capabilities into practical solutions for public safety and commercial clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real-time video, physical security systems, or Video Management Systems (VMS).
- Knowledge of public safety, security, or commercial loss prevention, with familiarity in crime mapping or mapping tools.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, UiPath) or sales methodologies.
