About the role

Lead and coordinate technical engineering activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to engineering teams to enhance skills and improve project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate technical engineering activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to engineering teams to enhance skills and improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering technical roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, project execution, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficient in engineering software tools and technologies relevant to the role, including CAD software, data analysis tools, and project management applications to ensure efficient project delivery and technical accuracy.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in engineering projects.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in engineering and project management.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and effective communication within diverse teams.
