Lead Engineer - Operational Technology Network Security

The Lead Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining security controls across operational technology (OT) networks, industrial control systems, and distribution center environments. They serve as a subject matter expert in OT network segmentation, threat detection, and compliance, collaborating with IT, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure secure and resilient systems. Key responsibilities include developing OT security policies, standards, and reference architectures, monitoring and responding to security incidents, and providing architecture guidance for technology changes. They also mentor engineers and support audits and security assessments. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, over 6 years of security experience, and expert knowledge of OT network security, Purdue Model architecture, and industrial control systems. Skills in firewall policies, secure remote access, and IT/OT integration are essential. Preferred certifications include GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443, CISM, CISSP, Security+, or Cisco certifications.
