Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced security screening measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security protocols
- Participate in regular security audits and assessments
- Support the recruitment process by conducting thorough background checks and interviews
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to security screening
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., security studies, criminal justice, computer science)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security screening or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for aviation and a commitment to safety
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state security regulations
- Experience with background check software and databases
