Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate safety as a number one priority
- Capital Plan Preparation and Capital Project Execution
- Oversees the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Process
- Leads Continuous Cost Improvement (CCI) efforts
- Captors Engineering
- Oversees the Management of Change (MOC) Process
- Provides relief for Production Supervisors, Production Manager, and Unit Manager
- Participates in process and safety improvements
- Develops technical direct reports
Skill, Capability And Educational Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and B.S. degree in Engineering required
- 3 + years engineering experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Project management experience including but not limited to project planning, task scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and risk management, strongly preferred
- Proficient in M.S Applications including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
