Lead Engineer Granger

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety as a number one priority
• Capital Plan Preparation and Capital Project Execution
• Oversees the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Process
• Leads Continuous Cost Improvement (CCI) efforts
• Captors Engineering
• Oversees the Management of Change (MOC) Process
• Provides relief for Production Supervisors, Production Manager, and Unit Manager
• Participates in process and safety improvements
• Develops technical direct reports

Skill, Capability And Educational Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent and B.S. degree in Engineering required
• 3 + years engineering experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Project management experience including but not limited to project planning, task scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and risk management, strongly preferred
• Proficient in M.S Applications including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
