About the role
Je leidt, motiveert en stuurt een klein projectteam van monodisciplinaire bouwkundig ingenieurs en tekenaars aan voor gebouwen projecten.
Zorg ervoor dat de aan jou toegewezen projecten worden uitgevoerd volgens ons kwaliteitssysteem en onze H&S regels.
Bereid offertes en contracten voor en houd de normen, richtlijnen en ontwikkelingen in overweging.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead a small multidisciplinary engineering team for building projects.
- Ensure assigned projects are executed according to our quality system and health & safety rules.
- Create tenders and contracts and consider norms, guidelines, and developments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Architectural Engineer or Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in construction projects.
- Involved in all aspects and phases of projects: pricing, design, studies, bidding, execution, management, etc.
- Experience with modeling using SCIA Engineer or equivalent software packages.
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch and good English communication skills.
- Client-focused and flexible, willing to travel for our international projects upon agreement.
